The client called because a leak from the above apartment caused water damage to the client’s bedroom ceiling, walls, and floor. 

-Moved out smaller bedroom contents.

-Placed tarps over the floor and plastic covering over any furniture left in the room.

-Tore out wet drywall, plaster, and wood lathe. 

-Installed a dehumidifier, air mover, and air scrubber to promote drying.

-Installed wood floor drying extraction mat.

-Cleaned walls, floor, and ceiling. 

-Applied antimicrobial solution.
