I called in late on a Saturday night after coming home to find that the upstairs water radiator had been leaking water all day dripping water through the floor and downstairs ceiling. There was dirty water everywhere. They had a team of technicians out at my house first thing the next morning with equipment to take all the water pooled inside the ceiling and walls. They had sensors to check exactly where all the water was behind the drywall. I was shocked at how bad the situation actually was. Where the ceiling and walls looked fine from inside the bedroom there was water trapped inside that would likely rot the walls from the inside out. The technicians set up everything within 2 hours and left the equipment to run for the next three days to dry everything out. What would have been a huge mold and water damage problem was totally taken care of thanks to these guys. I can’t recommend them enough if you have water or mold issues in your home.
